Special Ceremony Held at Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary Model School, Shimla Pahari, Hoshiarpur on Teachers' day

Teachers' Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and respect at Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary Model School, Shimla Pahari, Hoshiarpur, today. On this occasion, the students were made aware of the importance of teachers and the significant role they play in guiding students towards the right path in life.

 During the ceremony, students were informed about the life of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the great Indian scholar, philosopher and former President of India, as well as his significant contribution to the field of education. Students were also told that Teachers' Day is celebrated every year on September 5 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan.

 On this occasion, School President Anurag Sood, Secretary Dr. Harshwinder Singh Pathania, Principal Shobha Rani, Manisha Joshi, and the entire school staff addressed the students. They highlighted the importance of Teachers' Day and motivated the students to uphold the values of hard work, discipline, good conduct, and respect for their teachers.

 The students also expressed their respect and gratitude towards their teachers. The atmosphere at the school remained filled with joy, respect, and inspiration throughout the ceremony.

The programme concluded with the school management and teachers extending their best wishes to all the students for a bright and successful future.
