Ancient Saraswati Pilgrimage Pehova Sees Establishment of Akhil Bharatiya Shri Acharya Brahmin Purohit Akhara; Acharya Deepak Kumar Performs Investiture of Gaddi Pandit Gangaram Ji

— In a grand ceremony at the ancient Saraswati tirth Pehova, Shri Mahant Shri Ramchandra Giri Ji Maharaj, presiding as chairman of the 14 Madhi of the Juna Akhara, along with leaders of the Shri Mahabrahmin Acharya Samaj, prominent citizens and numerous devotees of Sanatan Dharma, witnessed the formal establishment of the Akhil Bharatiya Shri Acharya Brahmin Purohit Akhara (Mahabrahmin, India).

The investiture rites — including the ceremonial granting of the chadar by Acharya Deepak Kumar Ji Maharaj and the traditional pattabhishek (enthronement) — were performed for Gaddi Pandit Gangaram Ji, who assumes the leadership role.

Speaking after the ceremonies, Acharya Deepak Kumar Ji Maharaj said that the Acharya Mahabrahmin community and society at large have entrusted the new leadership with responsibilities inspired and guided by the teachings of saints and sages. He affirmed that, in his capacity as the principal peethadhishwar and mahant for Gaddi Pandit Gangaram Ji, he will work for the promotion of Sanatan Dharma, unity within the Shri Acharya Mahabrahmin community, protection of the rights of renunciant acharyas, and advancement of Vedic education. Acharya Deepak Kumar also pledged to support Gaddi Pandit Gangaram Ji in spreading religious teachings and Vedic welfare among the general public
