A special free eye-checkup camp will be held at the City Hospital, located near the DC residence, from July 13 to July 31. The camp is being organised by eye specialist Dr. Navneet Gulzar Singh Chagger (MBBS, M S.), who said examinations will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.
Dr. Navneet added that patients wishing to be examined on Sundays should call in advance and can be seen between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. He appealed to city residents and people from surrounding villages to make full use of the camp, emphasising that eyes are among the body’s most important organs and it is everyone’s responsibility to take care of them.
