The court's decision to grant Delhi's former Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal a clean chit in the false cases filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) clearly marks a victory for truth and a defeat for the BJP's gundaraj. This triumph belongs not just to Kejriwal but to every AAP worker and the public at large, said Backfinko Chairman Sandeep Saini. Expressing joy over the verdict, he thanked the court.Saini alleged that since the BJP came to power at the Centre, it has adopted a dictatorial attitude, misusing the CBI and ED to file false cases against genuine public servants. Protests against ED actions across various parts of the country stand as glaring examples, he added.He further stated that Kejriwal is striving to provide basic and fundamental facilities to the people through politics driven by a vision, which the BJP and its allies cannot digest. Hence, they are trying to suppress him by any means. However, truth neither suppresses nor loses. The honourable court, by granting Kejriwal a clean chit in the ED cases, has further strengthened public faith in AAP's integrity and policies.
