Former MP Avinash Rai Khanna said that the ₹5 crore assistance provided by Haryana BJP Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini to the Punjab Government during the flood tragedy is a true example of fulfilling humanitarian and neighborly duty in times of crisis.
