Sakatar Singh Bal Elected President, Dr Ankur Mahindroo Retains General Secretary Post of PCS Officers Association

In a landmark event, the Punjab Civil Services (PCS) Officers Association convened its general body meeting at the Lodhi Club, Ludhiana, witnessing enthusiastic participation from officers representing various districts across the state.
The meeting marked a new chapter for the association, as Sakatar Singh Bal was elected President, while Dr Ankur Mahindroo retained his position as General Secretary, both winning with overwhelming support from the members.
Outgoing President Dr Rajat Oberoi extended heartfelt congratulations to the newly elected leadership and expressed confidence in their ability to uphold the association’s values and work diligently for the welfare of PCS officers and public service.
The newly elected team, under the leadership of Sakatar Singh Bal and Dr Ankur Mahindroo, expressed gratitude for the trust placed in them. They also sought guidance from Dr Oberoi and called upon members to remain united in the mission to bring about meaningful and positive changes within the administrative framework.
Amit Mahajan (PR), a senior and respected member of the PCS Officers Association, also extended his warm wishes and congratulated the new team. He emphasized the importance of teamwork and progressive vision in strengthening the association and advancing the interests of civil servants across Punjab.
