Youngest Author of Punjab Agam Preet Kaur Launches Her First Book "More Than Enemies and Friends" Honoured by Sabhyachar Sambhal Society

Punjab’s youngest author, 15-year-old Agam Preet Kaur, a student of Class 9, launched her first English book “More Than Enemies and Friends” in a special ceremony organized by the Sabhyachar Sambhal Society.
The event witnessed the presence of literary personalities, social activists, and educationists, who congratulated Agam Preet on her remarkable achievement at such a young age.
Addressing the gathering, former Union Minister Shri Vijay Sampla said, “Writing is a gifted art, and when a young mind like Agam Preet reflects on societal happenings with such depth and expresses them in words, the book becomes more than just pages — it becomes a treasure of wisdom.”
President of the organizing society, Mr. Kalwinder Janda, said, “Our society stands shoulder to shoulder with talented children and is always ready to help them overcome any challenges on the path to their goals.”
Renowned social activist Dr. Ajay Bagga remarked, “In today’s era of modern distractions and the negative influence of social media on children, Agam Preet’s book is a beacon of inspiration. Parents must recognize and nurture the true potential of their children.”
Padma Shri and President’s Awardee writer Dr. Dharampal Sahil stated, “Books often become part of history. A true writer must always reflect truth through their words. Agam Preet has proved her talent by contributing a meaningful literary work to society at such a tender age.”
Others who shared their thoughts included well-known social worker Sanjeev Talwad, Professor Inderjit, Principal Parvinder Singh, Malkeet Singh Johal, Mohan Lal Kalsi, Balraj Singh, Ranjeev Talwar, and Harwant Singh Kamal.
The event was a celebration of youthful creativity and a strong encouragement for young writers to express themselves through the power of words.
