Development Works in Chabbewal to Gain Momentum with Grant of ₹56.63 Lakh: Dr. Raj Kumar MP distributes cheques to panchayats, highlights government achievements to the public

To accelerate development works in the Chabbewal Assembly constituency, Member of Parliament Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal distributed cheques worth a total of ₹56.63 lakh to various village panchayats.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that the funds are being provided to strengthen basic infrastructure such as village streets, drains, street lights, and water supply systems.
Dr. Chabbewal also mentioned that a special grant has been allocated for the construction of stadiums and gyms to encourage youth participation in sports. Villages like Dhakkowal, Maduli Brahmna, Pandori Bibi, Harta, Rajpur Bhaiyan, Chitto, Jallowal, Harmoya, Khera Kalan, Khanora, Jiwan, Badla, and Aharana Kalan will benefit from this grant.
He emphasized that Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and the Aam Aadmi Party government are giving equal importance to development across all regions of the state. He stated that the current government is functioning under a corruption-free, transparent, and public service-oriented system.
The event saw the presence of a large number of panchayat representatives, local residents, and party workers. They appreciated the efforts of the Punjab government in sectors like education, healthcare, employment, and infrastructure.
The attendees also expressed their gratitude to Chabbewal MLA Dr. Eshank and MP Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal for their dedication to the region's progress.
In his concluding remarks, Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal urged everyone to actively take advantage of the government’s public welfare schemes and contribute to the development of their area.
