Training for Field Investigators Begins for PARAKH Rashtriya Sarvekshan, 2024 at DIET Ajjowal

 A three-day training program for field investigators of the PARAKH Rashtriya Sarvekshan commenced today at the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Ajjowal, Hoshiarpur. This intensive training session, running from November 6 to November 8, is being conducted under the guidance of District Education Officer, Ms. Lalita Arora, and DIET Principal, Ms. Anupam Sharma.
The training aims to equip field investigators with essential skills and insights required for conducting the PARAKH Rashtriya Survey, ensuring the highest standards in data collection and analysis. Dr. Ritu Kumra and Mr. Ankur Sood,  district  master mentors, led the training sessions with remarkable enthusiasm, covering all critical aspects of the survey methodology .Dr. Shikha, Lecturer Satwant Kaur, and the District Resource Coordinator Mr. Ankur Sharma were also present, adding their insights and support to the program.

Their comprehensive approach provided participants with a clear understanding of the survey’s objectives, methodologies, and best practices, ensuring that each investigator is well-prepared for the field. The sessions also emphasized ethical data collection, accuracy, and the effective engagement of survey participants.
The training program highlights the commitment of the district’s education leadership to maintain excellence in data gathering and analysis, which is critical for shaping effective educational policies and enhancing the quality of education in the region.
