MLA Jimpa inaugurated the rain water drainage project in Mohalla Islamabad

To solve the problem of rain water drainage in Mohalla Islamabad of Ward No. 8, today MLA Bram Shankar Jimpa inaugurated the work of laying 600 meter MM  pipe. This pipeline will be laid from Krishi Bhawan Islamabad to the bridge. The total cost of the project is about Rs 49 lakh, after completion of which the difficulties faced by the residents of the area during the rainy season will be resolved.
On this occasion, MLA Bram Shankar Jimpa said that this project will provide a permanent solution to the age-old problem of the local residents. Due to waterlogging during the rainy season, the people here had to face a lot of trouble. After the completion of this work, they will get relief and the standard of living of the area will also improve.

The MLA directed all the concerned departments to keep a regular monitoring on the progress of the project and complete it soon.
The local residents thanked the MLA and the administration for this project and called it an important step towards the development of the area.
