The second round of training for Field Investigators (FIs) under the PARAKH framework was successfully conducted today at DIET Hoshiarpur, as per the directives of the Education Department, Punjab. The training focused on preparing the FIs to conduct the assessments with precision and professionalism, ensuring Punjab's continued excellence in national evaluations.
During the session, the District Education Officer (DEO) Mrs. Lalita Arora visited the venue to motivate the participants. The DEO emphasized the importance of maintaining Punjab's top rank in assessments, as achieved during NAS 2021. Encouraging the FIs to perform their roles with dedication, the DEO secured their commitment to uphold the state's legacy of excellence.
Principal of DIET Hoshiarpur, Mrs. Anupam Sharma, shared her valuable insights with the participants, underlining the critical role of assessments in enhancing the quality of education. Furthermore, District Master Trainers, Dr. Ritu Kumra and Mr. Ankur Sood, delivered an in-depth briefing on the responsibilities and duties of the FIs. They detailed the methodology for conducting the tests effectively, with a comprehensive session scheduled for December 4, 2024, to clarify all operational aspects.The training marks a significant step toward ensuring the successful implementation of PARAKH assessments across the district.
